Not Want to Lose from Madrid, City Will Break Transfer Record
Manchester City have reportedly opened formal talks with AS Monaco to bring in Kylian Mbappe. In fact, City are ready to break the transfer record for the 18-year-old player.
The latest news mentions that City have been in contact with Monaco in the last 24 hours. They try to beat Real Madrid in the Mbappe hunt.
For that, City has officially approached the club and is now waiting for a response from Vice President Monaco Vadim Vasilyev.
City seems to be taking the situation. They believe that Real Madrid need to sell Gareth Bale to Manchester United before they make an official approach to Mbappe. Not only that, City also believes Mbappe will worry about moving to Real Madrid, because in the club there is already a trio of BBC (Bale-Benzema-Cristiano).
Because of that also, Madrid needs to sell one of the trio. And, most likely Gareth Bale will be sold in order to get Mbappe.
City must move quickly to push a deal with Mbappé, whose chances of a purchase will break the world transfer record.

City manager Pep Guardiola has also personally discussed the prospect of the young player.
Previously, Guardiola also briefly talked about the City’s finances in the hunt for Mbappe.
“Anything can happen, we still see a lot of other players, but he’s still on that team,” he said.
“Madrid does not have more than Manchester City possesses,” said Guardiola rejecting the idea that City can not compete financially with Real Madrid.
